We are excited to announce a new chapter in our commitment to sustainability as Climate Action partners with the Hungarian Handball Federation (MKSZ) for a long-term collaboration aimed at realizing sustainability initiatives within the sport. 

 

A Promising Beginning

 

As the first step in this partnership, we recently planted 100 native tree saplings in the Farkaserdő, an area managed by the Pilisi Parkerdő. This event was not just about planting trees; it served as a full-day team-building experience for MKSZ staff and athletes. Participants worked together to strengthen community ties while fostering environmental awareness—reminding us that sustainability is a collective responsibility that transcends individual efforts.

 

Looking Ahead: Women's Handball European Championship

 

As we look to the future, we are eagerly anticipating the Women’s Handball European Championship, set to take place in December. This event will also feature joint sustainability initiatives designed to engage fans and participants in environmentally friendly practices. We aim to create a platform that not only highlights the excitement of competitive handball but also emphasizes the importance of ecological stewardship.
