Climate Action has entered into cooperation with the Zöldövezet Társulás Environmental Association. Our new professional partner works to reduce the environmental impact of events, organizes charity team building, nature conservation volunteer programs, and has numerous awareness-raising programs related to all this. With their event greening service, they became responsible for the implementation of a worldwide project. In the summer of 2023, the Zöldövezet Társulás Environmental Association carried out the environmentally conscious waste management of the 2023 World Athletics Championships held in Budapest.
 

Climate Action participated as an official partner at the sporting event, highlighting the importance of sport and sustainability, and the relationship with the Zöldövezet Társulás Environmental Association can be linked to Petra Schmitt, sustainability manager of Budapest 2023 Nonprofit Zrt. After the World Championships, preparations for a joint reflection and a future cooperation between Climate Action and the Zöldövezet began, as a result of which a cooperation agreement was signed.
